Emergent Creative Arts 24 - 30 months Toddlers usually love music and are beginning to feel rhythms and understand that they can also create a type of music with simple instruments and singing. Children this age also love to begin to participate in messy-type play, such as painting or molding dough. These types of activities help the child begin to develop thinking and organization skills, as well as enhancing his ability to be creative.
